New building (2003)
“Jaka” is a classic 46ft sloop, designed by Sparkman & Stephens INC., in Boston, Massachusettes. Walsteds built “Jaka” in 2002/2003. She is a sister ship to “Carolina IV”, only “Jaka” has a shorter cabin giving a more flush deck, but has the same technology. At the same time the topsides have been raised by 2 inches making life down below more enjoyable. The keel was changed to a fin-keel.
